Dear readers.
So it's the new year with new faces and new obstacles to face. I have started this week at the wildlife centre and we have 6 new lion cubs to take care of. They all have their own personalities and they are getting used to the idea that they are not going to dominate us with their cheeky attitudes. We love them to bits already and I love taking guests to do lion interactions with them.
We have 2 new second year girls at the wlc that will be doing the course with me and Gunther, and I trust that we will make a great team. We were supposed to start with the course already but we need to split up in groups and do our assessors course first so when the first years come to us we can facilitate, manage and assess them on their work.
Things are still a bit confusing at the moment as the first years are still busy with their WOP course but it will get better with time and organization. I am doing the assessors course this week and so it's something new and exciting to sink my claws into. Wish me luck!
